At Raion, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we have established the following return policy, which is only applicable to raionlifestyle.com.

Returns & exchanges

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Inspection: Customers are encouraged to examine products thoroughly for any defects before use. Once a product is used, it cannot be returned.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions on returning your product for free. Ensure the return shipment is secured and well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. Do not send us any items without first contacting support.

Refund: Upon receiving and evaluating your item, the refund process will be initiated promptly if the item follows the guidelines.

Shipping

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Please allow for an adequate number of days for delivery, depending on the shipping option, as we can not guarantee the speed of transit.

  • Shipping speeds are as follows:

    UPS Ground: 1-5 Business days

    UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business day

    UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 Business days

    2 Day Hingham Local Delivery: 1-2 Business days
